So I'm having the worst time with getting hours at work. It's a part time job at a children's clothing store, but they're only giving me like 15 hours of work, as compared to the 20 they said they could do. Those five hours really do make a difference. And the other place is just hard labor for minimum wage, which, I guess I'm used to since I lifeguarded at Water World for 4 years... But I could still use more hours there too... They only give me about 10 hours a week on average. So I need to suppliment my income and I'm thinking of selling things that I make. I can do art commissions, I think that I'll have plenty of time for it with how fe

But I'm going to try to be on this site more because I want to try to sell things here. Speaking of which, how, exactly, does one go about that? You mentioned that I need to post things at least once a week, but how do you let people know that you're selling and doing commissions without being preachy and pushy?
I would wait until you got your products going and also start joining and posting in popular groups that relate to your products. Look at how many people are watching the group to find its popularity.
